The athlete who are in a country where there is no national competition approved by IPSF.

Elite Doubles Senior + 18 (Women/Women, Men/Men, Women/Men)
Elite Doubles Novice/Junior +10 to 17 (Mix)
Elite Junior + 15 to 17(Women, Men)

Elite Master +40(Women, Men)
Elite Master Men +50(Women, Men)

* Applicant of the doubles department is required entry fee by one person.

Receive a entry completion notification e-mail.

You will recieve a entry completion notification e-mail and qualifying time e-mail from jpsc2018@japanpolesports.org within 3 days when the above (1) and (2) were completed until due date.

About rehearsal time, it will be decided on first-come-first-served basis of the payment completion of the tournament entry fee.

Qualifying schedule announced

E-mail about qualifying schedule will be sent.

After the deadline of entry fee, Wednesday, January 31, 2018,
* The qualifying will be held, if the applicant is more than 11 people in each category.
* If the applicant is less than 10 people in each category, The qualifying will not be held.

※The deadline is Wednesday, March 10th, 2018.

* Please send music file mp3 format that you want to use for the competition to jpsc2018@japanpolesports.org .

Submission of the score form

※The deadline is Wednesday, March 20th, 2018.

* Please send Compulsory Form/Tech Bonus Form to jpsc2018@japanpolesports.org .

【About input confirmation request "Compulsory" and "Tech Bonus".】
The input confirmation of the score form will be charged from this year.
* If you wish to confirm any mistake of score form (Compulsory and Tech Bonus), please pay the input confirmation fee of 600 yen by "Paypal" or "Bank transfer" by Wednesday 28th February 2018.

Rehearsal -- Friday, April 6th, 2018
Rehearsal and qualifying -- Saturday, April 7th, 2018
Final -- Saturday, April 7th, 2018 / Sunday, April 8th, 2018



Note

- Application documents will not be returned. Also, you can not refund the entry fee.
- Inquiries about the examination results will be required default procedures described JPSA Regulations.
- Personal information of the person who has entry, we will use only within the following range.
　1. Such as the notification of this convention participation method, various contact involved in Event Management.
　2. Participation certificate
　3. Result announcement (ranking, the results of the International Pole Sports Federation agency reports, etc.)
- If the tournament was canceled in the event that does not depend on the responsibility of the organizers, refund of entry fees and the tournament entry fee is not done at all.
